UNDER 7s

Welcome to Old Halesonians Rugby Club Under 7s. Here, our youngest players will get their first chance to experience competitive rugby by participating in weekly training sessions and a small fixtures calendar for the season against other local under 7s teams.

We train from 10:30am - 12pm on Sunday mornings throughout the RFU rugby season with any fixtures also taking place at this time. 

We play non-contact 'tag' rugby which is an introduction to ball handling & running skills. We place emphasis on fun & games to develop ball skills and confidence, and our sessions are suitable for boys and girls in Year 2 of school.

We welcome any new players to the team by offering 2 free trial sessions (training only) to see if rugby is for you. After that, we ask your budding rugby stars to register with the club by completing a membership form and joining our Old Hales Family by payment of a small membership fee. The club run many social events throughout the year which are also open to all our members and their families.
